Almost too pretty to enjoy….keyword being “almost”.I’m typically not a huge fan of tropical drinks, crazy I know, but I’m not a huge pineapple fan, and most drinks include pineapple. An easy recipe for a refreshing rum drink with Malibu Black rum, orange juice and cranberry juice, garnished with an orange wedge. Have fun!This has been a favorite drink of mine for years. It was the perfect evening to enjoy a cocktail and we did just that!

If you can’t find a pineapple-orange juice blend at your local grocery store, you’re welcome to buy them separately and combine them in this Malibu drink. Taking one look at it though, it reminded me of a sunset, hence why I went with Malibu Sunset!Last week, my kids were taking an evening swim and my hubby and I were relaxing on our swing.
I always eyeball the amount of grenadine I use in this Malibu rum drink, and I encourage you to do the same. It was the perfect evening to enjoy a cocktail and we did just that! My hubby disappeared into the house for a few minutes and when he came out, he brought two of these tasty drinks!The first thing I noticed was the coloration. The lovely Malibu Sunset is a coconut rum drink with a beautiful blend of coconut rum, pineapple, and sweet grenadine. This looks really close!Seriously SO excited that this only is TWO ingredients!!
