Hoping my car will be there in the morning!Upon arrival, I was frustrated after a bad night before with an AirNB property and I walked in and the hotel was spotless, clean and bright and cheery. Unlocked our assigned room and was greeted by a huge industrial fan and an exploded pull-out couch.
I don't know what happened in the hours between online check-in and our arrival later on the same day, but unfortunately, when we arrived to Columbus we found out that the room has been changed to a smaller size room, which is too small for two people. Also be warned, the hotel is in a sketchy area with lots of pawn shops and they charge you $15 to park in an unsecured lot.
