Must be used to stressful situations and must be able to problem solve.Poor management and doesn't treat they're employees fairly at all and they constantly lie to their employees on a daily basis the place is a joke won't recommend nobody for this place then they give you PTO but make you pay for your days off can't be trustedThis place is a Horror Story! 4 months of this was enough for me! have to wait three weeks- 6 weeks before they correct their mistake.
Universal provided me with the platform to strengthen my ability to adapt to any situation. !Working for an agent isolates you from most company politics much less hassle than other large company’s easy to understand elog systems no forced dispatchWe appreciate your comment. Do not train properly.Job itself is ok, very reasonable amount of work and easy days usually. I’m looking for another job right now . They keep me rolling without a doubt.
They make mistakes sometimes when it come to paying but will correct it when addressed.
Room for growth.Low pay, benefits are barely anything, NO % given towards 401K. Coming from someone who dedicated everything to that place for 9yrs.This is the worst job I have ever worked in. They are selfish and greedy and only care about the bottom line.

Scheduled work days are from 8:00-6:00.Pay is nice with a tier pay scale and opportunity to get promoted quickly. !It’s a sorry place to at if you are an owner operator.
