Singapore, 4 April 2015 – Singapore River One (SRO) is partnering with Hewlett Packard (HP) and Raffles Design Institute (RDI) for the transformation of Singapore River Underpass Art Installation leading towards Singapore’s 50 th Anniversary in April 2015. This will turn Singapore River and the Marina area into the country’s largest freshwater catchment area. Its purpose is to raise the awareness and adoption of the technologically industry changing HP Latex Print Technology for large format production prints applications in the Sign and Display segment.
Together, HP Latex Inks and HP Thermal Inkjet Technology provide durable, odourless prints; sharp, vivid image quality; application versatility; and high productivity â all of which enable PSPs to increase their print capacity and grow their businesses while reducing the total impact of printing on the environment.Raffles Design Institute (RDI), a college under Raffles College of Higher Education, was pleased to be part of this initiative by SRO to revitalise the Singapore River precinct. Singapore River One (SRO) was formed in 2012 as a place-management team to work with both the public and private sectors in enhancing and rebranding the river and its surrounds over a five-year period.
