I have to pay $277 so I don't recommend hiring them for anything. They're pretty straightforward you know they tell you what's going to happen, that attorneys can go to court for you and they pretty much tell you that the ticket will either be dismissed or that you'll pay certain fees (no specifics though) but after that they don't communicate with you AT ALL; you have to call them to see what's up.
