My husband tried to sleep but people were screaming for help for hours~!! If you are non-ambulatory and need to go to the bathroom, as was my case, it is very difficult, stressful and painful to wait that long. We have 8 private bedrooms available right NOW. The people are ok but not great, the trainers did a good job. Thank you again for all of your input.I only wish that I had read the reviews ahead of placing my 88 year old mother in this facility as I would NEVER have placed her there! I have been less than satisfied with the services offered, to say the least. Physical Therapist NEVER showed up.. they screw the insurance company.... workers try, but they work 12 hour shifts? Both times I thought it was the end. That was informative, but to actually get in touch with Crystal after this time was impossible. The only thing is response tThe facility is well kept, staff very helpful and well trained. Our facility provides the inpatient care you need after a hospital stay, surgery, or illness.
