When I asked for ketchup the manager looked shocked and hadn’t got any. The owner Jose was incredibly nice set us up with a couple excursions 3 in 1 Don Juan coffee chocolate and sugar cane excursion and the night tour excursion everything went really good, breakfast was wonderful The WIFI worked great, lots of outlets for charging things and the hot water is super hot. Only disadvantage for us was we had to get a taxi into town as it was too far out, and i didn’t realise this when booking.

We're a small Hotel located on the shores of the village of Santa Elena Monteverde, just 15 minutes from the Monteverde Biological Reserve. We didn’t have a car but it’s only a 5 minute taxi ride from Santa Elena or a 30 minute walk - a great location.
