Not many things deserve a full 5 star but Chauvet raised the bar with the GigBar 2.0. But you can do so much more with DMX! Works great, have used it 3-4 times now and its great. The model takes into account factors including the age of a rating, whether the ratings are from verified purchasers, and factors that establish reviewer trustworthiness.This page works best with JavaScript. The bar contains a pair of LED Derby, LED pars, a laser and 4 strobe effects, which are foot switchable via the included Bluetooth foot-switch. The wireless pedal to control the lights is the icing on the cake for me. Right out of the box, the built in macros are amazing! I used everything last week for a birthday party,, at first, the guy said he didn't really care if I put lights up or not, my decision, but I wanted to show them off and placed them next to the dance floor, they were a HIT and would of been a very bland party without any lights. You can swivel and adjust the lights where ever you want them, even the top laser light, (ceiling or floor) I also ordered a Chauvet swarm wash FX light which I mount right mid way on the gig-bar. The codes in the user's manual for the various settings aren't consistent with the codes on the back of the unit. The foot-switch does require a battery. I know you want your setup to look like Tomorrowland but let's be real - it costs $700 for one of those fancy Chauvet Moving heads and if you like coming late to gigs like I do and setting everything up in 30min to an hour then this is for you. I'm going to say you found it and just buy it. I've used it for one wedding to date and the guests are very impressed.
