We had to pack our bags put them in the lobby and weee told by two different employees they would be moved by the staff to our new room. We walked around the lake trail each morning, did the hike up Little Devil’s Tower and didn’t have to worry about finding a parking space at the trailhead, and swam/rented paddle boards at the lake one afternoon. Our guests praise the helpful staff and the spacious rooms in our reviews. None of the staff,housekeeping wears mask.No hand sanitizers available in front either.
When we returned after our full day to the new room no bags. Good size,quiet,clean room.

There is virtually no cell service in the area and wi-fi works barely just in 1 section of the lodge.We stayed in one of the newer two bedroom two bath cabins - ours had a Lakeview.
