This leadership team are the co-signatories of both Mississauga Health submissions to the Ministry, on behalf of the community.Over 90 diverse partners representing health and social service sectors, including but not limited to primary care, home care, community care, acute care, long-term care, social services, associations and community organizations joined Mississauga Health as members or affiliates.

Mississauga Health is guided by an Interim Governing Council made up of a diverse group of partners who are committed to creating a seamless system of care and improving population health. – In late November, the Honourable Christine Elliott (pictured), Deputy Premier and Minister of Health was in Mississauga along with patients, families and community groups to announce the Mississauga Ontario Health Team (Mississauga Health) as the first of 24 Ontario Health Teams (OHTs) in the province.
