We 4 people ordered 6 items and they all taste great. Very interesting cocktail menu with new liqueurs and herbal + citrus flavors....My wife and I visited Joule hoping for a nice date night. We chose to eat at the kitchen counter, and I immediately...A Korean fusion restaurant with creative dishes. Service was prompt and friendly. I try to eat vegan and they have a wonderful "vegan version" of many dishes.
Great spot for dating and friends out.
Almost everything is buttered, if you are looking for mostly vegan like me.Ate here for dinner Christmas eve.

A very trendy space, it was bustling with activity and had a very lively atmosphere. Maybe I'm overly critical but it...looking forward to dining at Joule, which gets national recognition. The smoked tofu lost the smokiness because of a tangy, strong sauce poured all over it. We will not be returning. There were four of us sharing so we were able to order eight different dishes. We didn’t know we’d be in for such a treat! My boyfriend had a coconut mojito mocktail of the evening; I had The Thrill of the Chase cocktail. Fremont Troll is what you should see after having a meal at Joule. Joule was the one we thought looked best from the pictures and we know we liked the area. Korean culinary traditions and preparation are driving kitchens from coast to coast, and Joule reputedly is at the pinnacle of this style of cooking. They add a 20% gratuity to your bill and feel no obligation to earn it. The menu had a lot of things we couldn't pronounce and hardly anything on the menu was truly of Korean cuisine.
