I dunno... sullen? Izumi means fountain or spring which can relate to Zuko and Mai's "accident" when they fell in the fountain.But it might be this one. If anything Mai's break up with Zuko in the comics cements the idea that they and their relationship has grown beyond the angsty thing it was in the TV show. In addition, it seems Zuko is trying to hang onto his past with Mai and isn’t ready to leave her. Mai started annoying me in S&S. But did you see how Suki was so worried about Zuko.

I maintain the theory that Izumi was named that as a way of thanking Katara for saving his life. He walks into Sokka's tent to ask him a question and finds him pants-less and surrounded by flowers and candles. Mai and Zuko had such an off on relationship, I don't see this happening if Mai were the mother.It is likely that Zuko and Jin would have seen each other after the war.
