The fish we got was awesome and the prices are decent too. First time and last time.

We use only fresh, wild caught lobster meat from Maine. So I called a week later and they told me they mailed it to a different address. It's very simple to heat it all up and a great value for the money. So what we've done is tried to recreate what the best lobster rolls are in Boston and Maine. And it was worth it! The lobster tail, which are previously frozen, had green all over them and smelled really bad. But to the authenticity of a classic new England Lobster Roll, we're the best there is in Charlotte, NC. We threw almost all of it away. Hopefully my next visit will be just a tad friendlier.
I was very disappointed because I had to reach out and ask. I think that's what it's called. They also have a nice selection from local vendors. I put them on my Instagram and Facebook story and I've already had people telling me how good the food looks and that they want to give this place a try. After cooking for the designated time my food was still not cooked all the way. Also, I asked for a full refund via email.

They are always polite and knowledgeable on the phone, and do not seem to have quantity minimums (unlike their Monroe Rd counterparts demanding quantities greater than 10 lbs).

The guy who helped me out today wasn't overly friendly and the other guy in the store didn't acknowledge me at all. She did not put the boiled egg in the bag so I had to cook my own.
Staff was friendly and we came at a good time because they weren't busy at all. I go there about once or twice a month, not sure if I will do it again though. The meal is super reasonable too! During the pandemic they're selling items like toilet paper, paper towels, tissue and cleaning products which I think is super cool and helpful. I just got weird vibes. Oh my goodness, STILL the best lobster roll I've EVER had. We decided to try this place again and give it another shot and get two lobsters today.
