He was born August 10, 1922 in Grassy Point to Michael F. and Julia Plunkett Brophy and was a graduate of Haverstraw High School. Your Dad was a wonderful man and I'm glad we were able to spend some time with him at the last family reunion. He was privileged to accept the distinction for Colorado Centennial Farm, for family ownership of the Brophy Homeplace for 100 years.
